A newer center of Regus, you have to see ☝ the terrace is great for chilling & doing business the meeting rooms are also nice, the girls from the Kohlmarkt are great always to have fun & always helpful
The location of the center is perfect, you can take as a customer coffee, mineral water and juices, from time to time there are also delicious sweets from the girls at the front desk, the grave team is very helpful and always eager to solve the problems quickly, for They also have a good chat and since the renovation at the reception the center looks much more inviting. The largest meeting room Julius Meinl looks directly at the ditch and the day offices. It is worthwhile to look over. :)

Best place to work for freelancers, startups and any other business. I've worked from here with my team every day for the last 6 months and could not be happier. The space is brand new, at an incredible location, with perfect service and nice people.
You can flexibly rent any number of tables on a month-to-month basis (perfect if you're just starting out and for growing teams), and all the things you need in an office like printer, coffee machine, kitchen, meeting room with projector, sound-isolated phone booths (!), heating/cooling, cleaning are included and taken care of. The people who run the office, Richard and Moni, are extremely passionate and friendly and in the just the few months since we have moved in we have seen how they have consistently improved the space, found solutions for day to day question and overall created a super friendly and productive atmosphere with all the coworkers in the office.
The location could hardly be any better as shops, cafes, restaurants are all within walking distance, public transport is around the corner, and Burggarten is right in front of your window if you want to talk a walk or go for a picnic lunch on the grass. Price-wise it's similar to other, less-central coworking spaces in Vienna.
Overall if you're a freelancer and have had enough of home office, or if you're a small- to medium size team looking for a flexible and uncomplicated office solution in a central location, definitely consider Burggarten Workspace.
As a visitor this is certainly a nice and lively place, lots of open space, modern furnishing, efficient staff. We had great meetings there. Car parking is virtually impossible (old town centre), so come on foot, with public transport, bicycle or motorbike (as we did).
A nice cozy work space in a GREAT location. Right in the city center and very close to all the action and great restaurants and other businesses. Very nice people running it — very accommodating.
