Unfortunately, nobody cares about the property. The elevator outside is broken. The windows and black exterior walls of the building are not cleaned. Parking spaces are also occupied on Sundays, although the parking spaces may only be used for customers. It is bad if the fair has an event, everything is parked. Ruthless tenants leave small garbage in the elevator or garage, at least that is removed by the cleaning staff. The Arealis property management does not respond to inquiries by telephone or in writing. Every person who rents or buys an apartment here should be made aware that they are left alone and that they are only interested in paying the rent.
A project that is doomed to failure. The stairs from the subway station to the forecourt are still not finished (you never see a construction worker), the washing machines are not working. Dirty elevators provide red heads. In addition, the property management is incompetent and does not care about anything. I was even better treated in the former community dwelling.
