Well located,
In itself, the idea of temporary use is a good one. The packing house also started to revitalize the Gretzl and there were non-profit initiatives. In the meantime, however, it has become expensive, and the house rules are more like those in a dormitory than in a work space community. Non-profit has given way to profit. The short, temporary rental contracts (each lasting one year) are unpleasant and of course the rent increases from year to year. You also have to like the monitored dormitory atmosphere that prevails there. An option for a short transition phase, but probably nothing in the long term.
