I've worked with many commercial realtors and the best experience I have had is with Jeff Lougheed, even when he has been on the other side of the deal and driven a hard bargain for his client. He was responsive, professional and has obvious intregrity.
The Cushman & Wakefield team really knows the Victoria and Vancouver Island markets well. I'd definitely recommend contacting them for help with understanding the local market, access to listings before they go on the market, and professional help with navigating the leasing process.
