Very decent hotel overall. The rooms were clean and very well kept. The only criticism was the lack of creamer for coffee and the awkward search for a plug to set up the coffee machine that's in the room. I'd say that the restaurant was the best experience because the staff were amazing and the meal was tasty. I would definitely stay here again.
Recently stayed here for one night. Our first impression of the hotel based on the lobby and the entrance was very good. It was bright and clean and well decorated and the staff were all very friendly. The hotel is also in a good location close to downtown. Our room was also very nice. Staying with two children, having the option of watching Netflix on the TV was really great. The included breakfast was fantastic. The pool was great for the kids as well. Overall, we enjoyed our short stay here and would definitely stay again in the future.
We really liked this hotel. It was conveniently located, clean and had what we needed! The rooms were modern and we felt safe. There is a $25 fee for pets to stay with you. My only recommendation would be to include parking for your visitors- an additional $20 is a bit of a bummer. We will be back. :)
So far this is the best hotel I have stayed at in Victoria. The rooms are soo comfortable you just never want to leave! The pool is great and breakfast is super yummy with big portions and quality food. I will never stay at another place in Victoria, this hotel has the best location as well walk-able to everywhere in downtown and lots of great restaurants in the area. Love it!!!
Nice rooms, great location and super friendly staff which let us check out a bit late. The pool was warm and the kids enjoyed swimming. My only complaint is the hash browns (part of the complimentary breakfast) were terrible. They seemed to be deep fried to reheat them and they were totally over done and oily. Other than that, we had an excellent time.
