Andrew was amazing to work with! We couldn't get to Victoria to see the homes we liked due to COVID-19, so Andrew not only did a number of virtual tours for us, but he was also incredibly thorough in pointing out the pros and cons of each home and area. He ultimately helped us buy a beautiful home in Bear Mountain that we might have overlooked if not for his knowledge and expertise. He was a pleasure to work with and we'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home.
Andrew was very helpful in finding our first home. He is knowledgeable and kind. He helped us navigate all of the paperwork and was available to talk to the whole way through the process. We will definitely use Andrew as our realtor in the future.
Andrew is your realtor! He will help you find a place and then do all your mortgage work for you. Also if you have dogs Andrew is your man! Andrew probably read over 50 plus strata documents in the process of helping us find our new place which allowed 2 dogs. He is such a pleasant guy and really helps you with the process. He is so good with communication and keeping you informed on what's going on. He has really good tips on everything. Andrews the guy you want when buying a home! Andrew was great! He responded quickly to all of our requests, he worked with intregrity, never tried to influence us towards a decision, was sensitive to what we were looking for and went out of his way to secure a new home for us. We appreciated his calm manner and the way he always tried to get viewings for us despite our unusual working hours. We also thank him for letting us meet with the previous owner after the sale was complete so we could learn about the history of those who lived there before us. Thanks again.
Andrew responded to emails and texts very quickly. He explained things to us in a way we could understand as we were first time home buyers and had lots of questions. He made the process easy and was honest about price and the properties we were looking at. He definitely made the process easy for us.
