The inner harbour is one of the reasons I live in Victoria. It's a beautiful site that's right down town and has ferries that goto Seattle,Port Angeles,and Vancouver. They also have an airport that has flights to destinations all over BC and the USA. Next time you are in Victoria, take a walk down to the inner harbour and you will see what I mean. It's beautiful. Inner Harbour is pretty, but the Causeway is average. It is just a wider footpath by the water. The Fairmount Hotel nearby should take some credits I think. Two photos from different angles.
Beautiful place! We just did the tourist thing and walked around for a few hours. The visitors center was a big help! Lots of great shops in very close proximity.
It was great place to walk and take in the sights. We took a harbour cruise which was informative. It was relaxing ride and an alternative to taking a water taxi.
