Our small, remote team moved to KWENCH just over 3 months ago, and we're very happy with the move. While we need an office space for coworking, they offer so much more than that. The atmosphere is great, with friendly people, clean and open floor plans, networking & education events, as well as a great selection of coffee and tea. The staff at KWENCH are thoughtful, friendly, bright and entrepreneurial. Overall, it's a great place to be!
I worked with Marko to sell my condo. His service was excellent - he is very professional and has an intimate knowledge of the market. He is extremely responsive to questions and inquiries and did a great job working with my tenant to arrange showings. At the end of the day, my condo sold at list price in a turbulent market. Everything went great, I would highly recommend Marko to others looking to make a real estate transaction. Marko made a difficult, stressful process much easier than I thought it would be. I will use his services again for my next real estate transaction.

Excellent co-working space! I have worked out of the Watershed off and on for a few years now. People really respect your space when you are heads-down for the day to make a deadline and equally happy to chat when there is time. The people are welcoming and smart and unpretentious. It has been helpful to make professional and social connections with people from such diverse professional backgrounds.
The layout is spacious with lots of light and greenery, and there are a lot of member perks like great workshops, weekly yoga, frequent food and drink. Being able to book meeting rooms there for client meetings has been a tremendous advantage for me. Clients are always so impressed with the space and the complimentary tea and coffee (or beer!) I am able to offer them. Being able to invite clients to the epic catered Christmas party is very generous. When I first looked into the space I was given a tour and a free day to work. Check it out!

Lovely rustic natural park with scenic views (a few responsible dog owners use this park along with their dogs)
I booked two rooms for our group of three. My elderly mother, adult daughter and I stayed at the Best Western Hotel in James Bay. It was our first visit and we found that it worked well. My daughter had an early morning diagnostic procedure at a nearby hospital. Getting there was simple. The community around the hotel provided great walking and a full range of things to do and see - even with COVID precautions in place. The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful. My mother uses a walker and had no problems getting around in the public areas or in the room. We would definitely stay their again.
Quiet, bright coworking space with a view of Victoria's working inner harbour. I rent a hot desk here and use the free and secure bicycle storage. It may not be right downtown but it's easier to get to by car and there is free street parking in the area. They also have a boardroom and a small side room that are great for taking confidential client calls. Highly recommend it!
Friendly service and knowledgeable staff. Beware this service is often NOT operating on a regular, fixed schedule. As more passengers come in at the stops, the quicker the ferry will be running between stops. The actual service is just like being on a city bus as you can get off at any designated spot. There are shields on the ferries and contactless payment is offered to ensure the safety of all passengers against COVID-19.
Fantastic space and community of professionals! The office space is absolutely gorgeous and is an extremely professional environment while still remaining friendly and approachable. Colleen and Julian are warm, personable, and very accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend Digital Desks for anyone who is looking to level up from the kitchen table.
Very decent hotel overall. The rooms were clean and very well kept. The only criticism was the lack of creamer for coffee and the awkward search for a plug to set up the coffee machine that's in the room. I'd say that the restaurant was the best experience because the staff were amazing and the meal was tasty. I would definitely stay here again.
Interesting place. Lots of businesses and shops inside. More so than the normal nine to 5 shops and places. The ceiling is very high and open and looks like a huge greenhouse. It's has a center court with seating but an interesting place to see

Andrew was amazing to work with! We couldn't get to Victoria to see the homes we liked due to COVID-19, so Andrew not only did a number of virtual tours for us, but he was also incredibly thorough in pointing out the pros and cons of each home and area. He ultimately helped us buy a beautiful home in Bear Mountain that we might have overlooked if not for his knowledge and expertise. He was a pleasure to work with and we'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home.
Located in the Atrium building in Victoria’s downtown business district, the Regus Centre is a great place to work! Shelley and her staff are personable, friendly and professional. There is nothing that her crew, Peter and Rhonda, won’t do to help their clients with any business need, and the facilities are second to none. I am very pleased to have located in this centre and believe that the Regus Atrium is quite likely the finest office space in Victoria! Thank you for being here! Gerry D
I'm new in town and needed a quiet space with strong internet to facilitate a virtual workshop. After checking out two other co-working spaces in town that weren't working out, Colin at The Dock really took the time to get to know what I needed, offered some favors, and set me up for a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this place for any co-working needs!
I've been a VIATEC member for almost a year now and have found it to be a very inspirational community to be a part of so far. Terrific energy and opportunities whether you're in tech or not.

I had an amazing experience and breakthroughs with Sasha using Verus Training techniques. I felt comfortable and safe with Sasha. She was gentle and very professional when dealing with me, especially when some very sensitive and intimate topics came up during the service. I highly recommend Sasha to anyone who wants to find freedom and heal. Thank you Sasha job well done! K
Nice co-working space with big desks and comfy chairs. If you are interested in tech/ entrepreneurship/ business, this is a great place to be because it's run by VIATEC and there is a lot happening.
Nice waterfront dinning, casual sandwich and bistro food good selection of Sammie's wine and beer, in the formal room upstairs sushi, etc haven't tried it yet, but looks upscale
