A strange place, some exhibitions are very good, e.g. Corporea, while parts of the marine and insects exhibits seem to be neglected and partially broken. Also no place to have lunch or buy any food, except for a desrted and cold cafeteria with a few snacks.

The cutting edge center is a suitable place for anyone who wants to work in a Smart way. The friendly staff at the reception is professional, ready to respond to any customer need. There are many private and co-working offices. It also has a strategic position, as it is located in the high building inside the station, convenient for those coming by subway and train, but also for those coming by car as there is a special parking.
we were looking for a simple quiet space to do some work, some kind of coworking vibes. we were very surprised by the charm of this place, mixing some kind of school, conference events, and the coworking on top which is like a lovely classroom. the manager took good care of us.
we had time to have a nice lunch in the area, visit the maradona murals, and stay focused. you can bet that this place will become highly popular in the next few years, recommended!
I have been working at the "Lavoratorio" for about a week and I can tell you that the place is very well organized and super quiet.
It is in a very strategic location, just a few mt. from restaurants, grocery stores that sells freshly baked bread and delicatessen. Last but not least there is the sea just across the street! It was amazing having a lunch break looking at the sea, especially after a busy morning.
It was a must for me that the internet connection was functional since I have daily meetings with my teammates around the World. I was amazed by how fast the connection at "Lavoratorio" was! I had no issues at all during my videoconferences :)
Don't let me start about the ambiance in the co-working area, I felt welcomed from the very first minute I entered the area. Bruna - the Manager is extremely welcoming. You feel like being at home!

Excellent environment (and excellent idea) by the owners of the service activities who have created, enhancing (in the city center) an entire space and dedicating it (with courtesy, prices and quality of services rendered) to the needs of all those freelance workers who are looking for a quiet place from which to work, in an easy, friendly and comfortable atmosphere.
I have rented a coworking station and I find it exciting to work in an environment where you can meet many professionals from different sectors.
The structure is beautiful for more than facing the highway and with ample parking.
