Very bad experience. after making online purchase, I had no information on delivery times. I tried to write and call but no feedback. After a month I was contacted by a very kind lady who told me that I had to arbitrarily pay a surcharge on the delivery costs. in order not to make a mess I tried. on this occasion I requested delivery times and they told me a week. today, after more than two months, the compressor arrived.
Unprofessional attitude, I would say shameful. absence of transparency and communication. only pleasant note the kindness of the lady who contacted me who showed closeness in front of a disservice and evident irregularity.
