I have been going to this hotel for the past 30 years. The service is always excellent! I love to have breakfast coffee overlooking the Canale Grande. The ambiance of the hotel is truly venetian! Most convenient with parking and immediate access to the vaporetti! I highly recommend this unique hotel!
The location is great, close proximity to the city and right by the bus/train stations. The rooms are very well equipped and have a mix of classic decor and modern technology. I have to mention the amazing service and guidance by Rose that made our stay as smooth and pleasant as possible.
The location was perfect near the grand canal , city Center ( San Marco) and all the transportations.
The staff specially Rose was helpful , cheer full taking in consideration that she knew Arabic as well.
The interior design of the whole hotel is exclusive.
The rooms and bathrooms were tidy and proper.
Wonderful luxury and well-maintained hotel with magnificent location, interior furniture and kind staff!
Favorite hotel! Great canal location! Excellent staff! Front desk staff arranged airport transport, changed money, gave advice and kept their class amid group's barrage of questions! Flight was late. Bags were lost. Airport transport guys (arranged by hotel) were beyond accommodating and considerate, at a fair price. Hotel Santa Chiara is group's new go to hotel!
