We set about selling our apartment on the Giudecca in Venice during the Covid lockdown, so it seemed an unlikely project. When we were first in touch there was not a soul in the piazza outside the Frari. And yet, within three months it was all done. Even in such difficult times, we received excellent advice on the market and on price, frequent and swift information about the process and the subsequent negotiations. We always felt confident that everything was being handled with care and professionalism and, when the deal was done, everything - funds, notary, closure of accounts etc. - was taken care of. Carlo Cermel even helped me to close my Venetian bank account, which would have been beyond me. So, we managed to sell our apartment, even though we couldn't even get to Italy until it was all over. Carlo Cermel was outstanding, skilled, thoughtful, friendly. It could not have been better done.

We got along very well with this agency, the consultant who followed us was always present, helpful and professional during the sale of our apartment in Venice historic center. Despite being a relatively new agency, it turned out to be much more reliable and attentive to detail than many "historical" agencies ... the bureaucratic problems or small discrepancies to be fixed were not, as often happens, an "unpleasant surprise" at the last moment, indeed they were made clear and resolved immediately. Recommended !!
