Easy to order a day online ahead of time. Received the locker bummer and passcode to open by email. Easy to find. Easy to get in. They even have an open locker there for you to check the size, and we found the online description felt clear and was enough space for us traveling with two medium bags each. You can open throughout the day. It was super easy and convenient!
I used the service when I traveled to Venice on vacation with my parents. It was very convenient to keep all our bags after checking out from our apartment and freely roam in the city. Thanks for opening up the facility at several locations it makes it even more convenient.
One negative point to mention is that, I booked the locker online using my credit card and I never received my pass code. I only received an order number. I then contacted the personal from the locker room (using a button on the panel) who later resolved the issue.
So easy to book online, cost effective and great location. We were super impressed with the size of the lockers and how easy it was to book and use them. Highly recommend this service when you’re visiting Venice!
This was a great service. The place is clean and convenient. My only preference would be that they stay open to midnight instead of 9:00 pm. Most dinners or evening events don’t finish until 10pm and then you have to catch a boat to the storage location.
It was super easy and convenient especially when having a whole day on planned sigh seeing before a flight or leaving the city. It is very inexpensive as well!
