I love The Profile. They are very professional at what they do. I have been working with many co-working spaces since the beginning of my career. This is very different. The staff is very approachable. They always try to make thing work the best for you. I will definitely suggest them for any small, medium or large business. It's working for me better than all.
Nice location and friendly people but finances are terribly mismanaged. 2 years after our move out they still owe us for most of our deposit and have only been able to pay back small increments.
They are amazing. Thank you for the great service, infrastructure and customer service.
I share many of the same experiences as others here. The space is nice, the staff are friendly, and the meeting rooms are great.
When it came to ending the lease, my security deposit was not returned under the terms of the commercial tenancy and I was effectively ghosted by the company. My calls and emails weren't returned and unfortunately, I too, had to resort to legal action to get the deposit back.

Great space with convenience of multiple locations. The team that runs the Profile is really helpful and the spaces are constantly being improved. You don't get as many amenities as fancier co-share spaces, but the price is also more reasonable. Recommend for those looking for a quiet space to work from.
