We recently decorated this beautiful space for an intimate elopement/styled shoot. Clarissa and Vanessa were so lovely to work with, and were very helpful with all the things we needed to make sure everything went smoothly. Definitely would recommend to others wanting a unique event space!

We LOVE the Gallery at the Pavilion! It's a hidden gem within the City - perfect for events. Everything in the space is beautifully designed and thoughtfully selected with events in mind. It's spacious, modern, hasthe coolest projector/AV system that offers a gallery feel, and a STUNNING view of the city on the patio. Definitely recommend checking it out. Not to mention, the Pavilion team is so professional, helpful and so great to work with!
We can't wait to come back and work on more events together!
The best venue in Vancouver! It has everything you need. It has three wonderful spaces; a nice kitchen, The Gallery and an incredible terrace! Best events team ever :)
This place is absolutely great! The first time I came here with a friend to check it out, it was alright. The one thing I found that was disappointing was the bar service, and that was the first time I came here. Lavish liquid was the bartending company that was serving. No plexi glass or masks on. Especially during these times. There attention to there guests safety was not acknowledged. Also there service was quite basic.
This past week I attended with a friend, it was way better. This time pavilion had a different bar company called, The Bar Guys. There drinks were unbelievable. The empress spritz and Remy’s sazerac. They even made dehydrated bbq limes to go with there caesars. The Bar Guys really know how to take care of there guests. Based on what I saw, these guys are more attentive and professional then lavish liquids.
The Bar Guys had a plexi barrier, there own bar, masks and sanitation station. They definitely adapted to our current pandemic. I would book here because the bar is the first place you would go to. Bespoke decor was beyond impressive. Long candles, table settings. These images are forever engraved in my head. Really focused on our current pandemic. It wasn’t basic, but elegant with a of space to move.
White tables canopies were delicious. You can tell the chef really makes his dishes with pride and passion.
