Reviews from visitors:
I rented a very small office from them for $1750 a month for about a year at their other location. They seemed nice.
Then they seemed to go out of business apparently due to unpaid rent at their downtown locations and they have a full months rent of mine as a deposit. We got booted out along with them.
I have sent several emails and text messages to them and no response. I get read reports so I can see when they read them.
We also got kicked out with 15 minutes to spare half way through the month so we would like half months rent back also.
Then one day out of the blue I get an email saying they have mail for me and asked my forwarding address. I gave it to them and they charged my credit card on file $15.00.
I do not reccomend working with this company because it seems to be that they are not responsive if they owe you money.
I love The Profile. They are very professional at what they do. I have been working with many co-working spaces since the beginning of my career. This is very different. The staff is very approachable. They always try to make thing work the best for you. I will definitely suggest them for any small, medium or large business. It's working for me better than all.
Loved the vibes of the space here. Very open and quite. The gentleman working there was friendly and talkative which was great. Good place to get some work done or hold a meeting. I had a coffee and it was well prepared. You often don’t see a choice of beans but they had several. I’d say to check it out to anyone that needs a place to work or if you live in the area
I love coming to The PROFILE to work on my writing. The atmosphere makes you feel motivated and productive and it's always lovely getting to know others who are using the space as well. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and the food and drinks at the in house cafe are delicious.
Open concept, modern, bright shared workspace. Well managed with a great coffeeshop included in the common/ shared office area. Staff is generally very approachable and friendly. I feel there is room to improve the infrastructure, maybe add phone booths and provide smaller meeting rooms as well as better seating in order to make working from here work even better. Overall great alternative to working from home at a reasonable price.
