I went to have breakfast at the cafe at 9:20 am and there was no one there. Mind you, I had called ahead. Maybe the opening hours should be revised.
Terrible service, the waitress advise that a great part of the menu is not available, it took 2 hours to bring our food and it was COLD! This place is a nightmare! Avoid it!

Very nice place to have gourmet lunch and drink good beer. Enjoyable atmosphere.
Fantastic food for the price. Paid about 7000+ pesos for a 3 course meal that filled me up to the brim. The food was one of the best I have had in Valparaiso and the set lunch was comparably cheaper than elsewhere. Although it isn't really around where the heart of the city is.
On top of the good food, there is a great view to boot as well.
