Beautiful ski resort, many off ski slopes. At the village, there are a lot of convenience stores, you can buy regional foods of Savoy cheese, sausages, prices are very interesting.....
Beautiful village, great effort keeping lifts open in snowy and windy conditions. Would love to come back in better weather
I was there 7 years ago when it opened not easy to reach when you leave in Luxembourg but very nice resort
On the lift system, the operators rather yell at you in french than try to understand that you only speak English. Green slopes for beginners are far from being connected to each other leaving you with tiny green slopes here and there with no easy way back to the town except taking the lift down (and they do not like it). If you have kids the ski school is on top of the resort, therefore quite difficult to reach as the parents are all using the town cable car to pick the kids Expect to spend 30 minutes waiting to go up. Overall, lot of service and design issues in this resort and a very "french only" feeling (you have the service that goes with the attitude). Shop owners are amazing though!
