One of the best places I ever been. Beautiful landscapes, professional staff, easy access to any route you chose. Pretty better then Vail for example, because all the ways are straight and clarified by signs. Will come back for sure for those emotions
The place is a little older but still nice. A little confusing to get around to the multiple buildings and levels. The staff was nice and accommodating for our large group. For the guys that hit the slopes, it was real easy and convenient for them to go from the room to the ski lift. Shuttles and the drivers were very useful/ helpful. The rooms were nice having a full kitchen, a fireplace, big screen TV, nice decor, and balcony with a view. Heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub are real nice.
Always have a good time skiing here. We love the town and runs in the area. It still has a small friendly feeling. We avoid the heavy weekends so our experience is always pleasant. Good facilities for the whole family.
This is a great mountain, so many great runs and the chairlift line only gets long at the base! And the bunny runs are great for beginners (my boyfriend was learning to snowboard while we were here) as well. The restaurants/bars are super cool too, perfect for after a long day of skiing! I have it one star off because the day passes are incredibly pricey, and while I get that’s like all mountains these days, I still have a pipe dream that I could be able to afford to ski here every year!
A really nice comfortable place. The only reason I took a star off is the rooms are a bit dated and some things are annoying (the dressers won't stay shut, the AC and Heating don't function well.
HOWEVER - the staff is wonderful and VERY helpful. I especially appreciated the indoor parking when the weather was bad. The location is just minutes from Beaver Run. They will happily transport you back and forth on a moment's notice.
The ski valet is very helpful (they don't want you taking gear to your room). There is also a small ski shop on the premises (independently run) that is decently stocked and friendly.
Some good restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. This was our first visit to Breckenridge and we enjoyed our stay here. We hope to return next year!
