Stopped in for snack at the Pivot62 in the hotel lobby. Great service from behind the bar provided by Sergio. The food was excellent and worth the visit. Meeting the General Manager, Hunter, during our visit was a pleasure as he is all about providing the best customer experience possible. We will visit again soon.
Hot tub and heated pool were perfect after skiing.
Friendly staff.
Clean space.
Shuttle was easy to use.
Bed was comfortable (pillows could be better).

This hotel is a winter wonderland. Vail is beautiful and worth a visit from anyone. This hotel made the visit even better. The hot tub and heated salt water pool were the perfect ending to every day, and honestly one of the biggest highlights of the trip. The beds are comfortable, and so is the bedding. TVs are huge (I do wish they had Netflix or cast options). The font desk never ceases making sure that they are helping you in any way. Honestly the front desk staff was the best cohesive staff I’ve seen in a Hilton Hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel for your Vail travels. It is so easy to reach the city center from this hotel, so don’t let that deter you from selecting this beautiful winter lodge.
Stayed here for a week for our honeymoon last week. Loved the architecture of the outside of the hotel and of the lobby, looked very nice but the rooms lacked the same vibe considering the area is very popular and for very wealthy patrons. We expected more for what we paid. Still a nice stay. Would have liked to have a microwave in our room like other hotels provide as well, but we managed. Also if you want your room cleaned during your stay, you have to vocally opt-in for house keeping, otherwise you go all week without fresh towels like we did, we didn't know until the end of our trip. Hotel Staff was very nice and the independent cafe next to the lobby had great food. They do get busy, and sometimes the staff is a bit rude.
Overall, We'd visit here again but hope the hotel adds microwaves and a better breakfast option than a to-go bag with an apple, a muffin, water bottle, a single multi grain bar, and a tiny can of juice, as part of our complimentary breakfast option we opt for.
My husband and I went to Vail for our honeymoon, and we loved our stay. From check in with Rachel to check out everything was smooth. The front desk is friendly and very informative. We loved the decor of the hotel and the rooms where the perfect size and where clean and very well maintained. Loved having Sergio as our bar tender at the hotel bar. The food at the bar was very tasty and appetizing . Highly recommend it
