Their restaurant is the Slope Room. We were absolutely amazed at the food! Service was impeccable... be sure to catch happy hour!
Everyone was helpful room was very spacious & clean. Any questions asked were answered located in Vail Village so close walking distance to everything. Also this community is pretty much all skiing so if you aren't going to ski maybe stay a bit further out.
Was very excited to visit Vail and thought I had scored a great deal for lodging. The price was steep but the amenities that were meant to be included more than made up for it! Their website did state that the location was undergoing renovations which did not bother me one bit and I appreciated how upfront they were.
Unfortunately it was not until we arrived that we were told the restaurant attached to the hotel was nonoperational and that our complimentary daily breakfast was no longer included. They made to replacement or apology for this.
My husband and I unfortunately had to switch rooms on the second day after I woke up having an allergic reaction and covered in dog hair. We were told it must have been left from prior guests. The staff handled the switch quickly, however it put quite a damper on the trip as my allergic reactions tend to last for a few days. It was also slightly concerning that there was SO MUCH dog hair in what should have been a clean room - especially in the middle of a pandemic.
All in all, the rooms were cute and comfortable, and the location was absolutely beautiful, but the service and communication were hugely lacking. I would love to visit Vail again, but I did leave feeling quite cheated by Vail Mountain Lodge and Spa.
Spacious rooms, amazing location and top notch amenities including restaurants, spa and fitness center. My new go-to in Vail!
We spent the day in their new Snow Cabanas at Gold Peak. This are amazing Cabanas right at the base. Heated Cabanas with three couches, wifi, food and drink service, bluetooth speaker - amazing!!!
