Great office space options. And you can share amenities at the other Regus locations. The problem for me is that you cannot have an individual address. But that also works for many people.
I've had an office in the Lakewood Regus office for 2 years now, and just signed another 2 year lease. I have been very happy with this location. Toni and Melissa, the two that run the office, are amazing! I always know that my clients are in great hands with them while they wait to see me. This location has definitely been the right choice for my business.
This office is amazing and a perfect fit for our startup company. The office spaces are nicely decorated, the copiers are new, and kitchen is always clean and stocked. Sheldon is so welcoming and personally invests in you as a tenant by being helpful at all times. Brandi is friendly and wonderful as well. I love to bring my clients to this location because the way the office looks and feels, plus it is a great geographical location. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs an office or offices.
Another great aspect of this location is the access to the light rail. Just a quick 2 minute walk and you can be on a train to downtown or Golden.
We have been using Regus in Lakewood since March '18 and are very pleased. Toni and Melissa are professional and courteous to us and our clients & callers.
We've rented an office here for the last three months and love it so far. The office space is brand new, very clean, and well-appointed. The office staff are on top of things. Now if the building would just finish the gym!
