Amazing rooms, amazing service. 10 minute walking distance from the gondolas, ski lifts. The European decor absolutely doesn't hurt! Very nice overall. You get what you pay for in this case.
Best skiing resort I have ever been to! The ski school is amazing and the mountain has a huge variety from greens,blues,blacks, and double diamonds. They have bowls on south side of the mountains and well groomed greens and blues on the north side of the mountain. They also have parks and areas for families. Chair lifts are good and the gondola is really nice. Staff is really nice and the view at the top is amazing! Wish I could do more than 5 stars!
One of the best places I ever been. Beautiful landscapes, professional staff, easy access to any route you chose. Pretty better then Vail for example, because all the ways are straight and clarified by signs. Will come back for sure for those emotions
Perfect. They were just taking the chocolate croissants out of the oven when I walked in. The whole place smelled amazing. Espresso was great and they got me out of there in time to save me the parking fee at the garage (0-10 min is free). Friendly staff and great atmosphere.
Everyone was helpful room was very spacious & clean. Any questions asked were answered located in Vail Village so close walking distance to everything. Also this community is pretty much all skiing so if you aren't going to ski maybe stay a bit further out.
Stopped in for snack at the Pivot62 in the hotel lobby. Great service from behind the bar provided by Sergio. The food was excellent and worth the visit. Meeting the General Manager, Hunter, during our visit was a pleasure as he is all about providing the best customer experience possible. We will visit again soon.
Pretty nice for a little airport. Looks modern and well maintained. We came in at night and left early morning so not sure if F&B options were supposed to be open or were closed for COVID. Did see some little snack stand open though. They have a car service called Epic Mountain Express based right inside the airport at the baggage claim area. Book a private car with them in advance. Very efficient way to get to/from the airport. Place not big enough for an airline lounge. Saw maybe 10 gates total.
A lovely and elegant theatre that takes you back to a simpler time. The screen is in great shape and the sound is very good. Social distancing is provided here and you need to wear a mask to enter lobby. Price per ticket is generally $12 but at this time, tickets are $5. You can order food, wine and beer along with candy, popcorn, ice cream and sodas. It was a wonderful experience
An excellent FBO that is well equipped for winter weather. They are very professional and friendly with a safe ramp. Excellent marshaling and they chock your aircraft immediately after shutdown. Vail Valley Jet Center has excellent communication between the front desk and the ramp. They also have a great relationship with the rental car agencies. Very happy every time we go there. They are without question, one of the best FBOs in the world!
Perfect location! You can walk anywhere literally. Loved having ski lockers. 2 min walk to the lifts. Great atmosphere! I gave 4 stars, just because the food availability at the counter by check in, we got one morning and it was old.
This is hands down the best coffee in the area. The attention to detail from the bean to the cup is unrivaled at any other coffee shop I have been to in the area. I am very impressed with their product and processes. I would recommend them to anyone.
Excellent instant office. Owners are onsite. Great people great facility. I am staying the month and have been very comfortable and able to conduct business and meet some knew interesting people everyday.

We rented from Charter Sports DoubleTree Hilton Vail and had a great experience. We rode the Vail Pass Bike Tour with Charter Sports over July 4th week and what an amazing ride. Nearly 18 miles downhill, 3000 vertical drop, we went from cool temps at 10,600 feet to blazing hot sun that forced us to cool off in the Gore Creek. If you like to ride, call Charter Sports and experience the Vail Pass Bike Tours for yourself!
