The best hotel we've had on our Bali trip. By far. The staff went above and beyond. My friend actually got very sick, so to provide him with premium rest and make sure he would sleep well, they upgraded BOTH our rooms (I wasn't even sick) from a street-side room to a royal suite with complementary balcony and bath-tub. I honestly can't say enough about how well they looked after us. Indonesia can be proud of this establishment. If you're looking for the a great value for money hotel in the Ubud area but don't want to give up comfort, this is your go to spot. Highly recommend it.
Not good at all due to sudden cancel by property on the day we supposedly stay. They ended up moving us to their sister hotel which is far away and worse, with so many insects in it! Not recommended.
Unfortunately it was not the same as I saw it on the internet, It was very loud because of the traffic jam and you can hear everything from the other rooms. Sometimes the water from the tap was stinky I do not know why, because I stayed two other hotels, and there was not this problem. I do not think that it is a 3stars hotel, it was always dirty after the cleaning. Even so the staff was very kind and helpful, I gave this 3stars for them.
Everything good except, breakfast were realy late
A relatively comfortable hotel with AC and the pool for a very good price. The hotel is located approx. 1km from the city center on a rush and noisy street. The cleanlinnes could be a bit better. Staff speak English on a very basic level.
