Wonderful resort in Ubud. It should be categorized as upper 5 stars accommodation. My riverside villa is the best available villa in this resort. I have good night sleep while the water torrent produces significant noise especially during rain season as the current is strong. Villager’s dog might visit your villa, so hotel guest should be careful to put food or food waste outside the room. Hospitality is undoubtedly amazing, the staff doesn’t hesitate to go extra mile to offer helps. Don’t hesitate to put in your hotel waitlist for your next destination in Bali.
Amazing stay, gorgeous villa, they upgraded us for free and we spent the best NYE here! The only small note on breakfast, I feel like the quality of it could be better. Not something I was expecting at such high end hotel, but it really didn't matter at the end of the day!
the place is quiet so that those who stay there will have quality relaxing time ... when C / I is available a buggy car that takes us to the lower lobby. to the west of the resort is a stretch of the Ayung river that stretches to the south. To find a minimarket, we have to stretch out about 500 meters from the hotel area. bringing additional food such as snacks and drinks would be great
