Reviews from visitors:
One of the cutest and nicest hotels for a good price!
I really enjoyed my stay there! The room was very clean and beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and the stuff super friendly and helpful.
I strongly recommend the hotel.
They do have bikes for rent for guests. It takes approximately 20min to get to the beach by bike. Walking distance to all the restaurants in the centre of the city.
Good location in Tulum Pueblo...close to bustle of the main streets, and close to quieter more “local” streets. Also the beach in about 10 min ride away! Lots of yummy food places within walking distance (free bikes are available at the front desk).
I had room 101 and it was Clean, and had a little private patio; super cute!
There was free breakfast included (but I never tried it).
Biggest reason why I knock 2 stars off is because there is a gigantic construction project across the street that made it almost impossible to relax in the room during the week. Another reason is I couldn’t get the room temp right with the thermostat in the room; always too cold or too humid.
I would stay again for sure! (When construction is done )
Stay here! You cannot go wrong. The vibe is very modern with tulum feel. Very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and clean, beds are so comfortable, and shower is to die for. Free breakfast is included which is made to order and absolutely delicious. We will definitely be coming back.
Luis M. including all of his coworkers were super helpful and friendly. The hotel is absolutely beautiful with each room having its own intricate design. The pool area was stunning and so was the top floor view for breakfast. Everything about here was amazing and I would recommend anyone traveling to Tulum to stay here!
This hotel was not as it was advertised for several reasons. They had published that they had free bikes available for use at the hotel. Upon arrival and asking, they said they did not have bikes and said it was due to covid. All of the other hotels in the area were still providing bikes, or you could rent them. If that was the case, they should have removed the bike advertisement a long time ago.
I would say I have relatively low standards for bed and room quality as I've stayed abroad in hostels. This was the most unpleasant sleeping experience that I've had. The beds were relatively comfortable, but the sheets were so rough and starchy. Also, that is all they provide is sheets. I asked for a blanket and they just provided me another sheet.
Also, they do not clean your rooms, or at least they did not clean ours. We had to ask 3 separate people to get fresh towels delivered to the room and more bottled water. I woke up one morning more covered in bites, that appeared to be maybe spider bites? Also, I do not know if it was the location of our room, but it was extremely loud. They had construction and the walls were paper thin and you could hear peoples conversations.
We couldn't stay another night as we were not getting any sleep. We asked to change hotels and they said they would honor a refund for the 2 nights remaining on our reservation. We have not seen a credit and cannot get a response from anyone.
Normally I don't write reviews, but wanted to warn others of the experience we had. The price looks great and the other reviews were kind, but the price was not worth it.
