from their own garden directly on the plate. simply stunning, what has been served to me in 4 courses. each of them powerful when it comes to taste, structure, nose and sight. in my opinion they should apply to get in the top 50 list. unexpected joy rounded up by signature cocktails and a small but interesting selection of wine.
If I had my own restaurant this would be my vision. Their 20+ raised beds provide a large portion of their needs and are fun to walk through and have a photo shoot in. The openness of the restaurant is inviting and casual with views of the kitchen and alluring smells wafting your way.
All the dishes are thoughtful, balanced, immaculate, and delicious. Their menu caters to the carnivore through to the vegan with an adventurous intentionality so everyone is deliciously content with their meal.
The staff were extremely attentive, polite, and elevated the whole experience.
The cocktails and mocktails all paired extremely well and were exquisitely crafted.

This is one of the best restaurants I've ever been to!!! I live in San Francisco and eat out non stop, and have a wine and dine job. Verdant, WOW WOW WOW!!!
Before you go, you should know its one menu for 1200 pesos per person, not including drinks. You don't get to pick what they bring you so if you're not up for creativity, adventure and surprise, this is not the place for you.
It's a beautiful restaurant and the service was almost perfect. Just go, and prepare to be impressed!
We had such a great experience at Verdant. They surprised us with all 7 courses and each one was more delicious than the other. The ambiance was on point. I would highly recommend.
I thought about going vegan after eating here! From the art of their dish to their presentation absolutely amazing. I couldn’t believe it was all meatless and home grown veggies. All their dishes are from their backyard (which you can walk around and look). The staffs were so polite, they recommended us great food and they explained the dish in detail. I would recommend this place! Have to try it
