Stayed here at an abnb for 3 nights and enjoyed it. It's a short taxi ride to central Tulum. Taxis aren't hard to to hail out front by the gated entrance.

I'm really happy to live here. Perfect location. Lots of Americans. Great service at the gate.

Beautiful pool, nice balcony for meals, private roof top hot tub, full kitchen, nice beds.

I lived in Terra for 3 months and loved it! It’s a safe and friendly block. The beach is straight ride from here.
