Love this place. We called this air Bnb home for almost a week. The pool and jacuzzi were a nice perk. It is A gated community. We felt very safe.

Great place to live

It is a great place !! The food served on the main avenue is delicious, and its beaches are very clean and the water very clear, certainly one of my best vacations. I leave very happy of this beautiful place, I hope to return soon.

This is a relatively new, upscale residential subdivision on the outskirts of Tulum. It is a gated community with curbed streets, nice landscaping, lighted sidewalks, and a variety of very nice homes. Most of the homes are owner-occupied and all are well maintained. Some of the homes are available for rent on Airbnb. This would be a perfect location for a vacation to the Riviera Maya.
