Can't say enough about how Richard and Amy and the staff at Intelligent Office operate. Professional, kind, thoroughly and immensely competent in everything they do. My workspace is in the common area so I have a front-row seat to watch as they interact with their clients and (more importantly) the clients of those they serve. I honestly can't envision a more efficient and effective way to run my office than to leverage Intelligent Office's experience and expertise. They make me LOOK good and enable me to BE good and what I do for those I serve.
I have been a client of Intelligent Office for ten years, and the services have been consistently excellent.
I use their phone answering service, and my clients think that Intelligent Office employees are my employees, based on their support of my clients.
I also use their offices to meet with clients, and it is very convenient, and a high quality place to have client conferences. I am able to copy documents, and access their secure internet for my financial accounts,
just like I'm at my home office.
Finally, I use their secure mailbox to receive client mail.
I highly recommend Intelligent Office for their quality office services.

I'm a prospective tenant for Intelligent Office. Today, July, 9, 2020, I had a great appointment to look at a private office that may become available to lease in the near future. I really appreciated how professional the employees were, but at the same time, they were so down-to-earth and friendly. After the meeting, I went home and sent out an email asking the consultant who interviewed me, to please forward my unsolicited comments to her boss for me because I want to tell him or her that they are to be commended for hiring you and for continuing to employ such wonderful Sales Assistants and Receptionists. As I once heard John Wayne say, “No brag…just fact!”
After I got home this morning, I noticed on the back of the consultant's business card, where it states, “First Impressions Matter-Make Yours Count.” Well, I want to tell you that they definitely made an excellent and professional “first impression” on this guy!
Whether I end up leasing that office space or not, I will highly recommend Intelligent Office to anyone I hear of who’s looking for office space.
I run and own a local insurance agency here in Tucson and have used Intelligent Office for a couple years now and I love their service. They cover my phones when I can't get to them or am between employees. Great value and I am very happy with the service and relationship I have with them. Highly recommend.
