Beautiful apartments! Neighbors are kind and respectful. The staff is very helpful. Great overall experience! Plus the location is perfect. Walking distance to anything you can think of!
If you don’t mind the hustle and bustle of down town, and you can afford it, this is an AWESOME place to live. You run any errand on foot, walk to the gym, and walk to hundreds of bars and restaurants.
The residents are mainly mid twenty working professionals or grad students. It can sometimes be noisy but nothing out of the ordinary for a normal apartment. All my neighbors are respectful and would keep their volume down if asked.
My only complaints are pretty standard of downtown living. The common outdoor space is very nice but across the street and the parking is in the building adjacent. You also have to go to the street to smoke. 2 east itself does not have the amenities of the other buildings in the area.
Overall I love living in this place. The managers are so nice and professional and the residents have become good friends. Highly recommended
I moved to Tucson last July and this is the best option for housing downtown. The apartments are perfectly located to all of the downtown hotspots and the team does an amazing job of keeping the apartment in perfect condition. Maintenance requests are answered very rapidly and Crystal/Victoria respond to any inquiries quickly. Highly recommend to anybody that is moving to the Tucson area.
Awesome place if you want to live in the heart of downtown. Walking distance to so many things. There are also Sun Link stops on either side of the block (one westbound, one eastbound).
This is one of three buildings in close proximity that are managed by the same company. Residents of all three buildings share amenities amongst one another.
The staff is extremely professional and responsive. They have a nice online resident portal where you can pay rent, review announcements, and request service among other things.
If you have a car, parking is in the garage of the adjacent building. It's a little inconvenient if you're carrying a lot of stuff, but otherwise no big deal. Some of the parking spots have storage rooms for a reasonable fee. There's a catwalk that connects the garage to the resident building. Security is very good all around.
This is my first experience living downtown - anywhere - and so far it's been a blast. The lofts are modern and the other residents have been polite. I'm quite happy with my decision to live here.
5/5 The staff is great and the complex is beautiful.
