We were shopping for a mattress and not sure of what we wanted. Erick was very helpful in guiding us through the process. He asked important questions about our sleep style, habit and patterns. We tried several beds and pillows before we found the one for both of us. Erick is very knowledgeable about the beds, how they are made and what they have to offer. Melissa was welcoming from the time we walked in the door. By the questions she asked it was clear she wanted us to get the perfect mattress that would meet our needs. Mattress Firm has an excellent sale staff that is willing to meet competitors offers. I needed to buy a Purple Mattress for my mother as a surprise. Small home renovation and repairs while she was away visiting family members in another city. Purple delivery would be 2-4 weeks away. Since, Mattress Firm sells purple mattresses, they already have easy access to warehouses and are able to deliver in less than 1 week. I am now able to have a surprise reveal that I hoped for. Thanks to Ally and Erick at Mattress Firm.
All was good. The salesman was very friendly and professional. He explained how he create a sales invoice, send it to me whereas I would take care of it. Promptly after that the mattress was ready for pickup. It just made life easy. Thanks Mattress Firm , keep up the good work!
Went in today and didn't find what we had hoped for. When we explained to Erick what we wanted, he went above and beyond to make it happen. He was very down to business, matching our style of communication and very transparent from the start. He is clearly passionate about what he does, and extremely knowledgeable in his field.
