This was the best cable service I’ve ever had. They called to schedule quickly, so we didn’t have to wait days to get the job done. David was our technician. He was polite, considerate and knowledgeable. He made quick work of a challenging job. I would recommend this company to anyone.
The work done was excellent! David was fast, efficient, and professional. He thoroughly cleaned up the work area. Honestly, I wish I had more work that could send their way. If something turns up, they will be getting my business.
CSG is extremely professional and provided me with amazing customer service. I was eager to get my cameras set up and get some cabling fixed that was messed up in my wall. And when I called Brian for help they were there like "Johnny on the spot" to fix the problem and assist in any way they can. The tech John was very nice and made sure he did not leave until I was satisfied. He even came back to follow up to make sure my solar panel was positioned correctly and receiving the charge it needs. I highly recommend if your looking for a company that will do a great job and follow up. Definitely will use again in near future.
CSG has completed several jobs for our organization in the last couple of years and every interaction has been a positive experience. All of the technicians we have interacted with have been courteous and professional. The installations have always been clean and we have yet to experience any issues with any of the work CSG has done for us. Highly recommended.
