04/07/2020 I purchased a printer ink cartridge. Later I found out it was the wrong size. Noticed a bin a week later just inside the front entry doors containing a stack of paper sheets which said returns will be accepted after April 21. . Went there today and tried to return the cartridge and the clerk said we can't accept returns until May 5.
I then asked him so why do you have a bin out there right now with hand out sheets saying returns start April 21? He said what bin? And I said right outside the entry door. I led him out there and showed him the April 21 return date. He had no idea the bin was even there. I said to to how could you miss it when you have left work heading out that door for the past several weeks? It's hard to believe an employee of the store was so unaware of his surroundings where he works. and it was a dumb thing for the store manager to leave those flyers with the wrong return date in the bin to confuse the public.
Great service very helpful clean and well organized
This store is an absolute joke! Nobody ever answers the phone, (needed to verify the fedex kabel machine was in service) I have came in a couple times waited more than 15 min to be acknowledged by a staff member and asked what I needed help with For them to tell me fedex printing machine for labels is still down. No customer service skills @ all just ridiculous!!!!!

I go here often for copies and stuff. Soon I'll ask about scanning my book onto a flash drive. No photos for this place. They've always been able to do what I want with a smile
