I am a native local artist and I was wanting a place to rent for my work and so I called all the numbers and sent emails listed and never heard back.

I went more than a month with a broken washer and I finished my lease term without it being fixed. I was charged for a broken blind when I didn't even cause the damage. They said my dog chewed it even though it was broken when I moved in. The agent who did the inspection wasn't even the agent who did the initial walk through so I pretty much had to prove it wasn't me who caused the damage or they would charge me. In the end I was charged for a whole blind when it was broken when I got there. I was also charged for damage to the wood flooring when the floor already had marks. I can almost guarantee the next tenant will also be charged for this "damage" as well. They also tried to charged me for a clogged sink even though I had been trying to get this fixed since I moved in. Once it was fixed they attempted to charge me for this saying shaving cream caused the clog. I'm on the military and have a shaving waiver which doesn't allow me to shave. This was the only reason I wasn't charged for this or else I would have inevitably been charged to fix previous damage on my dime. I own a rental property myself and understand what's it's like to want a good tenant. I even went to the extent of not hanging any pictures so there wasn't any holes in the wall. All I can say is take pictures of every little scratch or bit damaged because you're gonna be guilty of it until proven innocent.
My experience with Peach Properties was beyond poor. From the very first day of my lease to the very last I had recurrent and unnecessary issues that have been brought about by their own incompetence. On my move in day I recall commuting to their downtown office to receive my keys. As the keys were labeled incorrectly I questioned if they were correct and the staff repeatedly assured me they were. After I had driven back to the new house lo and behold the keys given to me were the wrong ones. Instances like this reoccurred time and time again throughout my lease with Peach Properties. In addition, of the dozens of times I have called their office on several different occasions, each call has always gone to voicemail. I am certain they have decided to screen all their calls before deciding to answer. To further emphasize their cluelessness, I have previously lived at three different apartments almost entirely managed by student workers and each of those experiences were exponentially greater than the one I endured with Peach. I could go on at length about the staffs' gross incompetence and at best, terrible communication. However, in an effort to prevent myself from sounding redundant I would just like to heed you with a warning. If you rent with Peach and expect to deal with even a halfway decent management company you will be sadly mistaken.
Peach is the go to for rental homes in the Tucson area. The process from application to maintenance requests to monthly payment is a breeze. Their staff is awesome and extremely helpful and nice. They truly care about serving the needs of their tenants. You cant go wrong with Peach!
Nicole said she would meet me this morning (Sunday, 09/24/17) at 9am sharp to hand me the keys to my new place. After talking down to me and making it seem like I wouldn't make it to the meeting on time because she assumed that because I'm young I would sleep in and be out partying the night before. Lo and behold she is the one who doesn't make it and she never returned my texts or calls. This is without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in all customer service related industries. Haven't even started living in my new place and already Peach has given me a plethora of reasons to not like them.
