Reviews from visitors:
I have been a renter here for 2 years and have had a horrible experience. They have not responded to any of our concerns. We have not been able to use the office for the last two months because of construction noise. They told us that we just have to deal with the noise - which is too much to conduct meetings. They have a bigger tenant who wants our office space so they are giving us 60 days to move out (this is before our lease expires).
The staff have not been good at communicating. One of them is not very good with people (rude).
Parking is horrible. We are not a large enough tenant to have reserved spaces near our office - so our clients need to walk a good distance.
It's a basic office complex. Nothing fancy, but it's in a nice neighborhood. The grounds are well maintained, but our office has unfinished paint, loose interior windows/doors, and the AC system is ice cold but doesn't cool the individual offices evenly. The shared (outdoor) bathrooms are always clean, but the stalls are super small. Huge parking lot, but there are a LOT of dedicated, uncovered spaces for a few companies so parking close to your destination can be difficult. Good restaurants across the street for lunch and close enough to the city for convenience, but far enough way that there isn't a lot of wandering foot traffic.
Offices are nice, but good luck getting your full deposit back. Did a walk through with the on site person after I moved out and she said it looked great. Got a letter a week or so later saying the cost to repaint and fix the walls, along with carpet cleaning and taking off the signage happen to equal exactly the amount of my deposit. Therefore they would not be giving me my money back. Called them and said there was no gouges in the walls, no stains on the carpets and that it was move in ready for another tenant and I wanted my deposit back. The maintenance guy said he would re look at it. Got a letter saying they reduced the cost to 60% of my deposit. When I leased they said they would paint two walls as highlight walls and do signage for free. Now they charge me for removing the signage and painting. Guess they were not free.
