The steps to our rental car was so easy to understand and their price was very affordable. They have very friendly and helpful staff. Vedran helped us the morning when we picked it up and was always available to answer any questions we had until we dropped it off in Zagreb. Thank you and all your team! We hope to return soon again
It's hard to give this one a review but the contract was still filled so it's still 3 stars.
The reservation process was smooth, the fact you can rent at a place and give back at another for a cost is still an advantage and my deposit was returned pretty quickly. I also took the full insurance which allowed me to give back the vehicle quickly.
On the other hand,l renting, I'd not say it's as 'high end' as what people describe. My car had 56 000 kms and clearly lived, not the best driving experience. Also had a massive bump which is always surprising to receive a car in such state.
So I'll say it was an average experience.

I needed a car from Split to Dubrovnik and read such positive review and I booked with them. The reason for the two stars is because first of all, the car wasn’t cleaned and what’s worst is the gas tank was empty. I ran back inside and ask them for the cloesest gas station. Know that I am a tourist and not a local and driving to a gas station with an empty tank was freaking me out and The stress level was high. I wish I had a more pleasant rental experience. Note: it was not a high season in Split, Sept 30, 2020.
Very fast and pleasant service. The car was in great shape and well maintained. Would recommend.
