Very friendly and polite the staff. Went my car for inspection last week. Unfortunately, many employees called in sick that day. Waited a little longer for my car but it was okay. Advantage, so I didn't have to pay for an extra repair.

As a potential used car buyer, you are apparently a 2nd class customer here. The vehicle viewed was in a badly used condition and had many paint defects. When asked, you can hear that you are buying a used vehicle. The vehicle is 3 years old and comparatively priced. No concession from the arrogant seller.
We're not going to buy a car here.
Everything was done as agreed (retrofitting Audi reversing camera and inspection).
I was served courteously and very friendly.
