We absolutely loved this place, the service, the amazing location, delicious freshly cooked food, rooftop pool and activities for kids, just perfect for a family or romantic holiday. I didn't expect much since I read some negative reviews but I can assure you, those are a complete lie. The place is great and totally up to standard in Spain. Yes in middle east 4 stars is another story but in Europe this place meats all the criteria for a 4 star hotel. The food is superb and such a variety that everyone in this world will find what they like. The staff is nice, the location is the best ever, you are in the middle of everything but it's very quiet at night. The pool wasn't overcrowded as some people wrote in their reviews, we went in August that's peak season and it was not crowded at all.... I will certainly come back again no doubts.
It is a calm, quiet place fot resting. You can live in the hotel or in the bungalow. A wide selection of dishes for the breakfast. The hotel is not far from the bus station and the sea. There is a diving center nearby.
Food was appalling and never warm never mind hot. Spent a fortune on food elsewhere even though all inclusive. Only 1 bar open and staff spoke very minimal English .
The rooms are a bit outdated. The pool and the staff makes up for it though. The Wi-Fi could also be better
This is not a four star hotel. More like a 2 star hostel. Room dirty with the toilet still having piss in it and sand all over the room where it had not been cleaned. No working air conditioning in the end of May! To make it worse the room was so hot I had to open the outside door and leave it open all night which is a massive safety risk as the balconies are all joined and thieves operate freely in the area. The room itself you can hear the people next door and outside. Awful one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in!!!!!
