Very clean hotel, the food is great, they wait for you and always answer you with a smile. Special thanks to the guys on the team of Giuseppe the owner, but also always available to him, always ready to help. We were really good, next year we will go back for sure.
I'm from Bologna and I'm going to Romagna and I'm used to the 5 * welcome and I must say that Giuseppe and his team have beaten the legendary Romagna. Thank you very much after this difficult period for everyone to have stayed with you was truly a perfect choice to experience what it means to relax and carefree. See you soon ❤️
I stayed with my family for the first time in this hotel in the last week of August. Words are not enough for me to express our great satisfaction and gratitude for having lived a holiday of relaxation, hospitality and attention lived in this structure. I would like to really thank everyone because they were wonderful and really good at making us feel at home. Starting with the owner, Mr. Gianni, always attentive and helpful, then moving on to Diego always so efficient and present, to Mr. Franco, a nice and reassuring presence at the reception together with Angela so sweet and good to then get to all the guys in the room that are really super !!!! I want to remember Patty's beautiful smile together with Jessica and Chiara's sweet and serene one, but allow me to express a special thanks to Herman (who conquered my 7-year-old son) and to his brother Ivan, too good and nice, but also Daniele , Francesco, Alessandro and Tiberio and the others whose names I don't remember now (excuse me). The cleaning ladies very good and kind in meeting our needs. Last note: there is a really good pastry chef, I will remember her delicious cakes for life .... too good
