I happened upon this hotel by chance while on a bike tour of Salento. It was Saturday evening 5 September and, having already a confirmed reservation c / o a b & b, I comfortably went to the structure which, surprise of the surprises, was closed. The owner after apologizing (he had not notified the hub that it did not reopen this year), directs me to MirFran. Right in front of the hotel entrance, the rear rim of the bike suddenly collapses and twists on itself (if you try, bad luck can make your life difficult). While I was cursing this is the other world, I find Giuseppe (son of the owner, Mr. Francesco) to whom I explain my double need: to have a room to sleep and to find a workshop to replace the wheel. I try not to make it too long ...
Mr. Francesco, despite being practically full, manages to give me a room for two nights and Giuseppe, after several attempts, sets me an appointment with a repairman on Monday morning, having my dad accompany me early in the morning. I have no words to describe the generosity and kindness they have shown and that they have transferred (you immediately notice their 'imprint') to all the staff, attentive, polite and very cordial guys. I add that the structure is of excellent quality: brand new, very clean and with attention to the smallest details. Good food with great choice for both breakfast and dinner.

I am forced to write another review to argue. The arrogance with which he answers me already speaks volumes, not to mention the reference to my surname. The only sad and childish thing is just appealing to my surname. Come to Naples for a while, so you will realize how unhappy and inhospitable we are, maybe you will teach us something. Cleaning in a hotel is the basic thing and not an added value. Regarding the dishes, I tried the best pasticciotti in that area, at Martinucci's for example and in general your food did not drive me crazy. Tastes are not discussed. The beach in front of the hotel is rocky, so we always had to travel by car anyway. Finally, regarding our stay, I reply that I would have packed my bags after only one day, if her father had not told my boyfriend that as a rule we would have to pay for the entire stay and we, in fairness, stayed. It would have been better to act uncivilized at this point. Learn to accept criticism to improve yourself, rather than feeling perfect about everything and superior to others. STAY GOOD!
Beautiful one week stay in a double room with sea view. Large, well-kept and modern room and bathroom. Balcony with a wide view of the sea, impeccable cleanliness and order. Welcoming and familiar atmosphere, kind and discreet staff. Nice indoor and outdoor space, where we could have breakfast. Parking space in front of the hotel. Structure located in a quiet area, 2 minutes from the center served by nice clubs and shops with a promenade along the sea. To recommend!
Well maintained family run hotel. We were very well received by all the staff, delicious savory and sweet breakfast with homemade cakes. Clean and tidy. The only flaw that it is not really close to the most beautiful beaches of Torre San Giovanni including the lido provided.
However, if we return we will definitely choose this hotel.
It's nice to be able to write that there are still people who are passionate about their work. I, my wife and my two girls stayed in the last two weeks of July 2020. Great professionalism and courtesy from everyone. Really nice, clean hotel with great facilities. Thanks with esteem to Mr. Francesco, his son Giuseppe and all their team. Real, lovable and honest people. A special thanks to the cook who was able to wisely meet our needs, especially towards the girls. See you soon dear friends. Goodbye!
