My partner and I keep coming back to this B&B next to the sea of Torre San Giovanni. Anna was very caring in making us feel welcomed. Our stay was more than pleasant and we definitely reccomend it to anyone on a budget that still wants to benefit from having the sea close by. If you come on high season keep sure to try out the jacuzzi on the rooftop!
We stayed for a couple of nights in late July and were delighted to have chosen 'Casa Poesia'. Stefania was very welcoming and warm, and made us feel at home from the minute we set foot in the B&B.
Definitely a pro for us is that this B&B is quite small and so very homey and the perfect place to recharge your batteries, although with such a beautiful seaside 10 minutes away (by foot) you'd be hard pressed not wanting to spend the whole day relaxing by the nearby beaches (about 10/15 mins by car).
The room was spotless as was the whole place. The breakfasts were generous and Stefania delighted us with home made cakes every day (among the varied selection of sweet and savoury choices, and of course the super tasty fruits from their fields).
All in all we were very happy with our choice of a B&B and look forward to go back hopefully once the covid pandemic is over! :-)
My boyfriend and I stayed here last week, we found a quiet, modern building, just outside the village and therefore close to many amenities. The rooms are right, with AC, fridge and above all they are clean. The delicious breakfast is eaten on the veranda in front of a super-well-kept garden: you can't find so much green anywhere else in the area! The owners are very nice and helpful. It was our second time in Salento together and the location is very strategic due to its proximity (by car) to the most beautiful beaches. Highly recommended!

... our vacation has now come to an end: tomorrow morning we leave. we will miss the delicious breakfasts with homemade desserts of the owner Daniela. a special thanks goes to Annarita and Silvia, impeccable, very kind and full of care. Excellent location not far from the sea and practically in the center, but at the same time in a quiet area. Clean, new and functional rooms. We will miss the hot pasticciotti in the morning. Highly recommended
A corner of paradise where we felt pampered by Gianni and his collaborators. Hospitality, availability and a lot of sympathy are the winning formula for this truly fantastic b & b. We will definitely be back.

Strategic position for the sea and for the premises of the center. We stayed in the triple room on the ground floor, very comfortable because it has an outdoor corner. Everything very clean. Friendly and helpful managers.
A very nice bar-restaurant on the beach and the right place to have a drink looking at the sunset!
Comfortable rooms, miniclub, several options for lunch and dinner, wellness center, dedicated access to the shore. The owners are very friendly and down-to-heart. Service is excellent and the ambience is tasteful
The tower of San Giovanni
⚫Located in Tharros an ancient city on the west coast of Sardinia, Italy.
⚫The tower was built between the late sixteenth and early seventeenth century , it was named with this name for being close to the church of San Giovanni di Sinis.
⚫It's a 15 m heigh with a base diameter of 14 m.
The entrance is placed about 8 m above the ground, accessible today via an external staircase built in the nineteenth century.
⚫It has a large circular room with a vaulted dome, lighted from above through a skylight, has got a trap door on the floor that allowed access to the cistern used for collecting rainwater.
⚫The tower was a part of a coastal defense system against pirate raids from North Africa.
⚫The building was restored between 1987 and 1990.
Very nice, impeccable cleanliness, excellent location to reach the wonderful beaches near Gallipoli, including the only one in the area truly organized for friendly. good breakfast. The lady who welcomed us was very courteous and helpful. We had our dog in tow and we were very satisfied. Very very good value for money.
Our family loved this lido. It was clean, the food was fantastic, the owners and service was friendly. The umbrellas well-spaced between each other. The beach was beautiful and clean. There were clean toilets and an outdoor shower to wash off the sea water. When I come back to Salento I will come back to this lido!
Cozy place with the colors of the sea.
Definitely + 24h leavened pizza, top quality products, you can feel them in your mouth when you eat pizza.

Truly obsessed with this place. This islands have the majestic looks. Extremely nice surroundings nice plantations around with flower gardens. The looks of it is very much impressive to the visitors.
Highly recommend this hotel. Perfect location for amazing beaches.
Always clean and hospitable. The location is exceptional as it is close to wonderful beaches.
