Was called into a firm to do some contract work. Was located in the labs section. Nice table size to work on. No issues with space. I typically work with noise cancelling headphones so I am not sure how loud the room is but can work away without issue. May differ from person to person. Super clean and efficient concept. Coffee, flavored water available.

Great staff, energetic vibe, great sound barrier between offices compared to other shared spaces, and regular fun events for members. Janella and her WeWork team take great care of the space and its members, and are always looking out for opportunities for companies large and small.

5 iQ Offices

We chose iQ offices because we were not happy at our previous location, and we needed to move in the middle of a pandemic. The administrative staff at iQ Offices at 150 King were kind enough to give us a virtual tour, and all the information by email. When we came to the office in person, the staff provided face masks and hand sanitizer always putting our safety first.
The office spaces are amazing, and the common spaces are comfortable and deluxe but not exaggerated. The patio is great to have lunch on summer days and appreciate the nice weather.
So far, it’s been great, it is near the subway station, so it makes it easy for my clients to find. The administrative staff is friendly, and they actually know who you are. They are always around to help in case you have any trouble.

I started working at Make Lemonade after running my own business for 3.5 years. This was the exact infusion of positivity and support I could have asked for. The physical space is amazing- clean, bright, comfortable- but the community is what really raises the bar. Events and networking have elevated my business, and I have accomplished a lot more working at ML than I would have on my own. Definitely suggest to anyone in Toronto, or passing through. Not in Toronto? They just launched an online community as well- excellent response to covid.

I checked out over 5 co-working spaces in this general area before choosing this one. In fact, I knew immediately when I came in and it has lived up to my expectations ever since. It it beautifully designed and full of natural light, which is awesome. It has 2 patios, it's clean, it's close to everything, the staff are nice (especially Jael!), and the co-working space is not shoved in some dark back corner or basement. All my clients and colleagues have been impressed too, which I suppose is a bonus. :)

Daragh has managed to provide an amazing experience from the time I went to visit the location all the way until I until began working. He took the time to answer all of my questions and has above and beyond to ensure my needs were covered. Above of all else, it’s worth mentioning the IQ offices are clean and they have managed to keep social distancing measures in place to allow people to feel safe and not have the added-worry especially throughout this pandemic. Thanks again for providing me a customized solution that fits my needs perfectly (5 stars)

Bright space, quality design and amenities. I've enjoyed working here at all times of day, making use of the boardroom with a view and the podcast room. The community events bring in a great mix of people. One of the best co-working spaces in the city, and I've tried a ton!

Had a private office here which was nice and quite. The community was great, everyone was really friendly and professional. The staff are amazing, Tori and Carla are always super helpful and addressed any problems with the space very quickly. The parties were lots of fun and they hold a ton of great member/community events.

I knew that when I ramping up my business I had to get out of the home office and into a space that made me feel happy and proud to come to work every day. The 48 is a beautiful space, the people on the floor are all amazing, and the staff makes you feel like your business is the most important business in the world to them. Highly recommend whether you need full time or part time space.
