Gubernamental languages school in and old but refurbished building I though it was a primary school. Sanitary measures are followed and workers remind how to accomplish them.
The Official Language School that is located in the least accessible place in Toledo and that means that you either live in the town or that you have to spend an hour of your time going up and down. Is it so hard to find a flat place with parking to teach classes and thus make it accessible to EVERYONE? If they do not put a place of easy access, the school becomes for a few, which is exactly what it does not have to be.
They offer very few languages.
When you get admitted, as in a normal academy, it is a matter of luck which teacher you get.
Involvement of the teaching staff. The secretarial staff, janitors and housekeeping are edge, show no empathy and I doubt their competence. They seem to forget that they are there to help. A pity since I think that the management team does put effort.
Nefarious experience It is the first time I have enrolled in an EOI and the experience is being very bad. Beginning why when the teacher was missing we found out the same day, or even 5min before class, even though the school had been knowing for a month that those days the teacher would be missing. Continuing with the teacher leaving the course in half because she went to work somewhere else and we were without exams and three weeks without classes, since we had no assigned teacher. And ending that when we finally have a teacher, we find ourselves in the situation where the teacher seems to have no experience teaching or not being the right teacher to teach a B2 level of English.
Good morning, I want to testify to the terrible performance of the Toledo EOI at the administrative level in recent months. It seems that protected by the excuse of the Covid pandemic they find a way to extend the holidays, since they neither answer the phone, nor respond to e-mails, the students are totally helpless and without any attention to complaints or requests for information. The secretaries do not answer the phone, you cannot speak to anyone, etc.
