I spent a lot of time looking for an office to rent in the downtown area and I could not find anything that would fit me. On this site I am delighted by the facilities and the service offered. The atmosphere is very nice and the price very competitive.
A place to work comfortably and find all your needs covered. Exceptional situation, at street level and with great pedestrian traffic. 50 meters from the courts, city hall ... a luxury at an unbeatable price. And what about the host and colleagues!
I teach there and the truth is that in the health issue now in the pandemic the security measures are good.
The teachers understand a lot of the subject and the material in the classrooms is current.
The only downside perhaps is the scam in the coffee machine regarding the cappuccino and that in some places the paint is uncorking.
Gubernamental languages school in and old but refurbished building I though it was a primary school. Sanitary measures are followed and workers remind how to accomplish them.
A very good option to have a workplace from 125e (without VAT) with table, chair and WiFi. You can even hire hourly bonuses if you don't need a permanent job.
