Wonderful facility. Very clean, helpful staff at the front-desk exuding smiles and 'genkiness', and a healthily stocked kitchen with espresso maker. Love stepping into here for work. Now, if only the phone booths could have some ventilation... :)
This place is very nice. It is always clean and the kitchen is always stocked with cold water, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The building is also in a great location, right next to Mitsukoshi-mae and Shin-Nihombashi. And of course, all the receptionists are fantastic! They are always smiling and happy, and they can all speak English.
Convenient location located to core subway and JR lines as well as within walking distance of Tokyo Station. The staff are very friendly, and show a great attention to detail with their service. I especially like their selection of coffee which is specially sourced and labelled which seems to be unique to this office.
The people are very polite and feels very welcoming. They are always available and ready when you need something.
