Not so much a review of the location, but of the level of service offered.
I was only in here for a few minutes, I quickly needed to print a document and was turned away by Kinkos because I didn't have my passport. The staff at Basis Point made an effort to help me, Even though I did speak Japanese, and they printed my document for me quickly.
A calm atmosphere is fine.
If the meeting room wasn't filled up, it would be half price, and we could have a cheap meeting.
