Reservation of an apartment managed by this agency for a week of Christmas skiing. The agency has always been available and competent to advise us and guide us during this stay. The rented apartment was clean and functional, in a quiet residence and well located at the foot of the slopes. We will remember our first vacation in the mountains!

the reception of the agency pleasant ...... by not at all at the top for the benefits. we have received without condition of the place an apartment being said renovated ... except the clean paint .... and sanitary ... the rest left to be desired .... dirty floor, neglected dishes, sofa cover full of hair, stained bedspreads ... electricity does not comply with safety standard ..... no bucket or mop to wash the floor no bed mattress clean ..... and the Agency did not have any available ... I had to borrow from neighbors l bucket and mop .... fortunately ski area very nice ....
Apartment well located with nice views but no service: no PQ, no towels or towels, no dishwashing liquid or sponge either, in short saving candles on everything. Finally (and to top it off) the sound insulation is zero.
