Ficasa was very helpful and efficient. Being a student who is familiar neither with the language nor the city, I was provided with good transparent guidance and support. I got an apartment with Milena's help. She is wonderful, kind and she genuinely have me all the information I needed. My contract required her to coordinate with multiple people and she did it very efficiently. I am really grateful.
I have had a fabulous experience dealing with Ficasa. As an expat, renting an apartment is never easy in Madrid, but the Ficasa team was really helpful and supportive each step of the way. Located in the very center of Madrid, they have a very professional and responsive team, especially Milena - if you have her handling your deal, rest assured that she will take care of all your concerns and needs. In my case, I needed a couple of clauses modified in the rental contract, and my experience has been that real estate agents try to protect only the landlords' interest, but not here - Milena got all the modifications done in a very fair and transparent way. Highly recommended!
