This is a great place to study or work. It's a bit too quiet for me because you can hear every step anyone makes (consider bringing headphones). The pricing is per time you stay there (hourly), and it includes a snack bar with coffee, drinks and light snacks.
This place is great if you're looking for a friendly and totally quiet place to sit and work without distractions. Free coffee and fruits. Air conditioning, sufficiently comfortable while Spartan, very affordable. Don't expect much of a startup atmosphere with hustling and bustling.
THE place in TLV to work and study in a quiet and respectful setting. It's cheap, variety of spaces to choose from and has unlimited supply of tea, coffee and chocolate waffles.
